I have two different training options depending on what you prefer.

You can train with me by yourself or you can train with a friend. It’s up to you!

All personal training offered at Logan Personal Training Studio can be done individually or with a partner!

  1. One on One Personal Training - 1 person training by themselves…just you and me with a completely private fitness studio to yourself.

  2. Partners Personal Training - 2 people training together with me in the Studio.

    If you want a teammate this is great for friends, family and couples!

    Plus you can split the cost in half with your partner!!

All the personal training sessions of your fitness program will be coached by me personally, and laser focused on helping you reach the goals we set out at the beginning.

Free Fitness Assessment

Your first appointment is FREE.

The first appointment of your fitness program is a FREE fitness assessment with me at the Studio. Fill out a few forms, do some basic tests to get a solid starting baseline on your current fitness, discuss your goals, and then we’ll schedule your first training session. Easy!

The fitness assessment is 60 minutes.

Just dress like you would for a workout. Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is great. Please bring clean athletic shoes with you to the Studio.

We’ll discuss how many sessions you want per week…how long you want your sessions to be…best days and times for your workouts…then we’ll schedule your first official training session.

Do you want 30 minute, or 60 minute personal training sessions?

All the personal training sessions of your fitness program can be done in 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Everybody has a different budget and time schedule, so choose what works best for YOU!

Session Scheduling

The program will give you the best results if you schedule 2 - 3 times per week…but I want you to go at your own pace…and do what works best for you.

You can schedule 1, 2, 3 or more sessions per week depending on your budget and time availability.

Just let me know how many days a week you want to train, and for how long per session and I’ll book it into my schedule!

The most important thing is that you’re getting in the gym and you’re getting started!

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being billed please provide me 24 hours notice if you need to CANCEL a scheduled training session.

No Shows - If you miss your scheduled appointment WITHOUT cancellation of any kind you will be charged for the appointment.

Late Cancellation - If you cancel your appointment with LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE you will be charged for the appointment. So, if you have an appointment at 5am, you would need to cancel your appointment by 5pm the night before to avoid being billed.

ABOUT TIM - Tim Rabetoy has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer and professional athlete for over 25 years.

As a personal trainer he has worked with world class athletes, fitness models, pro bodybuilders, and helped thousands of regular everyday people get into the best shape of their lives.

He has been a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2002. 

Tim graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the prestigious College of Health at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2000. 

While in college he was the personal trainer to the Governor of Utah and his staff.

He spent 7 years in physical therapy working with all manner of injuries and specializing in balance problems, posture problems and exercise for medical conditions like diabetes and Parkinson’s Disease.

Tim has been a speaker and seminar leader for 12 years. His signature seminar - The Falling Solution: How to Fall Down in Any Direction WITHOUT Getting Hurt…and How to Get Back Up Anytime…Anywhere! - has been seen by thousands of people to rave reviews all over the country.
